One is to use low-temperature quick freezing in cold storage, and the other is to use vacuum packaging after pre cooking. The former has a large investment, while the latter has a cumbersome process, which is not suitable for the simple and feasible product processing of peanut production areas in China. Its aqueous solution has various effects such as insect prevention and preservation, which can effectively extend the shelf life of fruit and vegetable products at room temperature. Dissolve glycan in water and prepare a 5% aqueous solution. When using, add boiling water to prepare a 0.5% aqueous solution.
Freshness preservation treatment: Mix the dried fine sand with a 0.5% glycan aqueous solution to achieve a moisture content of 30-40%. After removing the seedlings and roots of freshly unearthed fresh peanuts, the peanuts are stored with soil in a ratio of 1 cubic meter of fine sand per 0.5 mu of product, layer by layer, without the need for manual management such as temperature and humidity control.
